摘要
越来越多的证据表明,补体系统活化在IgA肾病发病和进展中起重要作用.近年来,一些靶向补体成分的新药开发,为IgA肾病的治疗提供了新的措施.针对补体成分C3、B因子、D因子、C5、C5a受体等的药物,已经进入治疗IgA肾病的临床试验.本文对靶向补体的IgA肾病治疗进展进行综述.
Abstract
More and more evidences have demonstrated that the activation of complement system plays a critical role in the pathogenesis and progression of IgA nephropathy(IgAN).In recent years,the emerging drugs targeting complement components have provided new measures for IgAN.Drugs targeting complement components such as complement C3,B factor,D factor,complement C5 and C5a receptor,etc.,have entered clinical trials for the treatment of IgAN.This article reviews the progression of targeted complement therapy for IgAN.
