摘要
IgA肾病是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病之一,目前IgA肾病的治疗包括支持治疗和免疫抑制治疗,而支持治疗是IgA肾病治疗的基石.改善全球肾脏病预后组织(KDIGO)肾小球疾病管理临床实践指南建议的支持治疗包括优化生活方式、血压管理、充分RAAS阻断以及评估并干预心血管事件风险等.本文就IgA肾病的支持治疗及进展进行综述.
Abstract
IgA nephropathy is one of the most common primary glomerular diseases in China.At present,the treatment of IgA nephropathy includes supportive treatment and immunosuppressive treatment.The supportive treatment is the cornerstone of the treatment of the disease.The clinical practice guidelines of Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes(KDIGO)suggests that the supportive treatment includes lifestyle modification,blood pressure management,sufficient blockade of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS),as well as assessment and intervention of cardiovascular risk.This article reviews the supportive treatment and its progress of IgA nephropathy.
