Analysis of risk factors for slow coronary blood flow
Objective To analyze the relevant risk factors and impact mechanisms causing coronary slow flow(CSF)in coronary arteries. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with CSF admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as a CSF group.During the same period,120 patients who sought medical attention for chest pain and chest discomfort symptoms but had normal coronary artery blood flow in coronary angiography were selected as a control group. The baseline data, medical history, lifestyle, clinical examination indicators, and other data were compared between the two groups.Multifactorial logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relevant risk factors of CSF.Results The differences in smoking history, poor dietary habits, insufficient sleep, diabetes and hypertension incidence as well as high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,endothelin-1,TIMI flow grades and coronary artery diameter between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multifactorial logistic regression analysis indicated that above parameters as well as soluble CD40 ligand, lipoprotein, nitric oxide, erythrocyte sedimentation rate,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and TIMI flow count were independent risk factors for CSF occurrence(P<0.05).Conclusions Measures such as improvement of patients' living habits, control of chronic diseases, regulation of inflammatory responses, and protection of endothelial cell function may reduce the risk of CSF.
