The effect of agattriban combined with urinary kallidinogenase on intracranial blood flow velocity and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute ischemic stroke
Objective To observe the effects of agatroban combined with urinary kallidinogenase on intracranial blood flow velocity, inflammatory factors,neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and S100β in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A total of 228 patients with AIS were selected. The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by using random number table method,114 in each group. The control group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase and the observation group was treated with agattriban combined with urinary kallidinogenase.Clinical effects,National Institutes of Health Neurological Impairment Score(NIHSS)scores,Rankin Modified Scale(mRS)scores, intracranial blood flow velocity, serum inflammatory factors,NSE and S100β as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS and mRS scores and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),NSE and S100β in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the intracranial blood flow velocity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in the comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups.(P>0.05).Conclusions Agattriban combined with urinary kallidinogenase can improve the nerve function and intracranial blood flow velocity and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,NSE and S100β in AIS patients. It has a high safety.
