Observation on the efficacy of single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer
Objective To observe the effect of single-hole video-assisted thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery(VATS)for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)on the level s of serum vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2)and thymidine kinase 1(TK1).Methods A total of 245 patients with NSCLC in our hospital were divided into a control group(n=115)and an observation group(n=130)according to treatment methods. The control group was treated with three-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer. The observation group was treated with single-port VATS radical resection of lung cancer.Perioperative indi-cators,Visual analogue(VAS)scores, pulmonary function, inflammatory factors, tumor markers, serum VEGFR2 and TK1 levels, and the incidence of complications were compared between the groups. Results The blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,VAS scores, inflammatory factors, tumor markers,VEGFR2 and TK1 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The lung function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Single-hole VATS resection of lung cancer has the advantages of less blood loss and milder pain during operation. It can improve the patients'pulmonary function and lower the levels of inflammatory factors, tumor markers,VEGFR2 and TK1 without increasing postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
