The effect of early staged lung rehabilitation exercise combined with adaptive support ventilation onpulmonary function and blood gas indicators in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome
Objective To investigate the impacts of early staged lung rehabilitation exercise combined with adaptive support ventilation(ASV)on lung function and blood gas indicators in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods From January 2021 to February 2023,78 ARDS patients admitted to our hospital were grouped into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,39 in each group. The changes in lung function indicators, blood gas indicators, quality of life before and after treatment, ventilation time, hospitalization time, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the deep inspiratory volume(IC),the value of forced expiratory volume(FEV1)in the first second, the ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FCV),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),PaO2/FiO2 level and quality of life score were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The IC,FVC,FEV1/FVC,PaO2,The SaO2,PaO2/FiO2 levels and quality of life scores were higher and the PaCO2 levels were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ventilation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were obviously shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early staged lung rehabilitation exercise combined with ASV mode can improve the lung function and blood gas indicators, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the recovery time, and improve the quality of life of ARDS patients.
