超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞联合针刺拔罐治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效研究

摘要
目的 探讨超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞联合针刺拔罐治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效.方法 将纳入的100 例带状疱疹患者,分为两组各50 例.对照组采用口服西药治疗,试验组加用椎旁神经阻滞联合针刺拔罐治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、皮损愈合情况、睡眠质量、有效率及带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率.结果 治疗后,试验组较对照组在疼痛程度改善、皮损愈合情况及睡眠改善等方面优于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组,后遗神经痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞联合针刺拔罐治疗带状疱疹神经痛的疗效确切,可有效降低患者的疼痛程度,改善睡眠质量,促进皮损愈合,降低PHN的发生率,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods One hundred patients with herpes zoster were included and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,50 in each group.The control group was treated by oral western medicine.The experimental group was treated by oral western medicine plus nerve block combined with acupuncture and cupping.Pain severity,skin healing,sleep quality,response rate,and incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHZ)were assessed.Results After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the improvement of pain degree,skin healing and sleep improvement.The total clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of residual neuralgia was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia with oral western medicine combined with ultrasus-guided paravertebral nerve block and acupuncture cupping is effective,which can effectively improve the pain degree and sleep quality of patients,promote the skin healing,and reduce the incidence of PHZ.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
