摘要

目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者癌组织MutS同种组织蛋白 2(MSH2)、O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(MGMT)表达情况及与临床病理参数、预后的关系.方法 2021年7月至2022年7月我院收治的96 例NSCLC患者,取其手术切除的NSCLC组织标本(NSCLC组)及距癌边缘3cm处的癌旁正常组织(对照组).检测两组MSH2 和MGMT的表达水平,分析MSH2 和MGMT表达水平与患者临床病理参数及预后的关系.结果 与对照组比较,NSCLC组MSH2 和MGMT阳性率更低(P<0.05);MSH2 阳性与患者分化程度有关(P<0.05);MGMT阳性与患者吸烟史和分化程度有关(P<0.05);与MSH2和MGMT阴性患者比较,阳性患者1年生存率均更高(P<0.05).结论 MSH2 和MGMT均在NSCLC组织中存在较低表达,其表达水平与临床病理参数、预后密切相关.

Abstract

Objective To explore the expressions of mutS homolog 2(MSH2)and O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase(MGMT)in cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 96 patients with NSCLC admitted to our hospital were enrolled between July 2021 and July 2022.NSCLC tissue specimens(NSCLC group)and normal para-carcinoma tissues which were 3 cm away from the cancer margin were collected(control group).The expression levels of MSH2 and MGMT in the two groups were detected,and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,positive rates of MSH2 and MGMT were lower in the NSCLC group(P<0.05).MSH2 was positively correlated with differentiation degree(P<0.05),and MGMT was positively correlated with smoking history and differentiation degree(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate in patients with positive MSH2 and MGMT was higher than that in negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The expressions of MSH2 and MGMT are down-regulated in NSCLC tissues.The two indexes are closely related to clinicopathological parameters and prognosis.
