煤层气井产出水重复利用配制压裂液指标

煤层气生产过程中会产生大量的产出水,为了解决产出水处理过程难、处理费贵等问题,以沁水盆地安泽区块为例,开展了煤层气井活性水压裂后产出水离子矿化度连续性监测、产出水稳定性评价及产出水配制活性水压裂液配伍性实验评价.实验结果表明,压裂液进入煤层很快与煤层水混合,当压裂后快速返排,72 h大部分压裂液返排出煤层;煤层产出水最少静置 48h后,水质变清澈稳定,产出水固相含量小于 50 mg/L,达到压裂重复再利用固相含量标准;煤层产出水配制压裂液与地层水混合无沉淀及絮凝,配伍性好,对储层伤害小.利用煤层气井产出水配制压裂液是可行的,设计了现场静置处理产出水的积液池,可使产出水充分循环利用,节约水处理成本,实现降本增效.
Indicators for preparing fracturing fluid with reused produced water from coalbed methane wells
A large amount of water will be produced during the production process of coalbed methane.In order to address the challenges of difficult treatment and high processing costs of produced water,a case study was conducted in Anze block of the Qinshui Basin.After fracturing of coalbed methane wells with active water,continuous monitoring of ion salinity in produced water,stability evaluation of produced water,and compatibility assessment of produced water in preparing active water fracturing fluid were carried out.The experiments show that the fracturing fluid quickly mixed with the coalbed water upon injection and rapidly flowed back after fracturing.It took approximately 72 hours for most of the fracturing fluid to flow back from the coal bed.At least 48 hours were required for the produced water from the coal bed to become clear and stable.The solid phase content of the produced water was less than 50 mg/L,meeting the standard of solid phase content for repeated use in fracturing.The fracturing fluid prepared by produced water is well compatible with formation water,with no precipitation or flocculation after mixing,minimizing reservoir damage.Utilizing produced water from coalbed methane wells to prepare fracturing fluid is feasible.A settling pond was designed for on-site treatment of produced water,which enables full recycling of produced water and significant savings in water treatment costs,thereby achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
