Synchronous rotary multiphase flow unit used for high gas/oil ratio shale oil mixed transport
(Purpose)Qingcheng shale oil in Changqing Oilfield presents such characteristics as higher single well productivity and greater average gas-oil ratio of crude oil.The traditional technology for oil and gas separate transportation is difficult to satisfy the ground gathering and transportation demands, thereby,it is necessary to explore new technology for oil and gas mixed transportation in terms of economy and energy-saving.Synchronous rotary multiphase flow unit is one novel power booster with dual nature of compressor and oil transfer pump, inclusive of lower processing capacity and frequent failures.(Methodology)This unit is updated by replacing the power take off shaft of reducing gear with two-sided power take-off,the main arrangement is modified into plane assembly configuration, and the oil taking pipeline and lead line are equipped with intensified fibre flexible hose.Furthermore, pipe diameter upgrade, balancing fluid inflow, and connection mode optimization are carried out in addition to complete automatic data acquisition system.(Findings)Field tests on three platforms including HH21 demonstrate that the return pressure of oil wells is controlled within 1.0 MPa after the application of synchronous rotary multiphase flow unit, with maximum pressure decline of 70%,the radius of gathering and conveying at normal temperature is extended by 51%,and the associated gas recovery percentage is increased by 73%,enabling the remote operation and intelligent monitoring.(Conclusions)The improved synchronous rotary multiphase flow unit is suitable for oil and gas mixed transportation of shale oil with high gas/oil ratio, can effectively reduce the backpressure of oil wells, shorten the gathering radius, and increase the associated gas recovery percentage, thus making this unit a great potential for popularization and application in the efficient development of shale oil.
