漏失及油气水侵严重长封固段致密油气井一次上返固井技术

华北油田束鹿凹陷致密油气藏储层埋藏深,水层多,为高压低渗地层,油气水侵严重,而 3500 m以上地层地层压力系数低,漏失严重,钻井液密度安全窗口窄,井下情况异常复杂,给固井施工带来诸多不利因素.固井水泥封固段长、施工难度大、风险高,固井质量不易保证.根据致密油气井地层特点及固井质量影响因素,通过水泥浆体系、冲洗隔离液体系及固井工艺配套技术研究,提高固井质量合格率,满足大型压裂要求.研发的大温差低密度高强水泥浆体系、防气窜韧性水泥浆体系较好地解决了漏失及油气水侵难题;固井工艺配套技术的应用为保证固井施工安全、提高固井质量起到了有力支撑.形成了一套适用于漏失及油气水侵严重的长封固段致密油气井一次上返固井技术,井下复杂情况大幅度降低,固井质量合格率由 80%提高到 98%以上,满足了大型压裂及后期开发要求.
Primary up-hole cementing technology for long interval isolation tight oil and gas wells with serious oil and gas leakage and water invasion
The tight oil and gas wells in Shulu Depression of Huabei Oilfield present such characteristics as deep reservoir burial,multiple water layers,high pressure and low permeability formation,and severe water invasion.For the formation above 3,500 m,the pressure coefficient is low with serious leakage and narrow drilling fluid density safety window,causing extremely complicated underground conditions,which brings many adverse factors to the cementing construction.The interval isolation of cement is long,the construction is difficult,and the disk is high,resulting in uncertain cementing quality.According to the formation characteristics of tight oil and gas wells and the effect factors of the cementing quality,the qualification rate of cement job quality is improved through the study on cement slurry system,flushing spacer fluid system and cementing technology,thus to meet the requirements of large fracturing job.The cement slurry system with large temperature difference,low density and high strength,as well as the cement slurry system with anti-fluid-channeling and toughness developed play roles successfully in solving the problems including lost circulation and water invasion.A set of cementing technology for tight oil and gas wells in long sealing section suitable for leakage loss and serious oil and gas invasion in Huabei Oilfield has been formed.The complex situation in the underground is greatly reduced,the cementing quality is significantly improved,and the qualification rate of cementing quality is increased from 80%to 98%at least,meeting the requirements of large-scale fracturing and later development.
