(目的意义)低渗透油藏油井堵水国外无可借鉴技术,对同类型油藏控水增油、提高措施有效期等具有借鉴作用.(方法过程)以裂缝性水淹井为研究对象,建立了油井堵水地质模型,明确了剩余油分布特征,揭示了水淹裂缝的系统组成及尺度.提出了一种大剂量梯次充填深部堵水工艺技术,应用大排量压裂设备,将堵剂段塞注入见水裂缝深部,形成梯次充填的封堵屏障,迫使注水驱替的渗流场发生改变,产生在裂缝侧向的绕流效应,驱替裂缝两侧低压区的剩余油,实现水淹井的增产目的.(结果现象)现场累计应用 145口井,与常规堵水相比,降水增油效果明显:单井日增油由 0.5 t/d提高到 1.32 t/d,含水降幅由 11.4%提高到 31.5%,措施有效期由 180 d提高到 651 d,措施有效率由 60%提高到 80%.该技术的成功应用,为长庆三叠系裂缝性水淹井治理提供了新的技术手段,也为国内同类型油藏提供借鉴作用.(结论建议)梯次充填堵水效果显著,促进了堵水技术的更新换代,下一步将持续优化工艺,提高其适应性.
Method for extending the effective period of deep-water plugging measures for multi-stage filling of fractured water flooded oil wells
Regarding water plugging in low-permeability reservoirs,there is currently no technology available for reference abroad,and domestic technology is relatively conventional and lacks in-depth research,with no breakthroughs for many years.It has reference value for controlling water and increasing oil production in similar reservoirs and improving the effectiveness period of measures.A geological model for water plugging in fractured water flooded wells was established,clarifying the distribution characteristics of remaining oil and revealing the composition and scale of the water flooded fracture system.A high-dose cascade filling deep water plugging technology was proposed,which uses high displacement fracturing equipment to sequentially inject plugging agents into the deep part of the water flooded fracture,forming a cascade filling plugging barrier,forcing water injection to displace the seepage field,forming a bypass effect on the lateral side of the fracture,displacing the remaining oil in the low-pressure area on the lateral side of the fracture,and achieving the goal of increasing production in water flooded wells.A total of 145 wells have been applied on site,and compared with conventional water plugging,the daily oil production of a single well has increased from 0.5 tons increased to 1.32 tons/day,with a decrease in moisture content of 11.4%increased to 31.5 The effective period of the measures has been increased from 180 days to 651 days,and the effective rate of the measures has been increased from 60%to 80%,showing good precipitation and oil production effects.The successful application of this technology provides a new technical means for the treatment of fractured water flooded wells in the Triassic of Changqing and serves as a reference for similar oil reservoirs in China.The hierarchical filling proposed in this article has obvious advantages in water blocking effect,promoting the upgrading of water blocking technology.The next step will be to continuously optimize the process and improve its adaptability.
