Developing a large-scale fracturing management system using AHP method to improve the fracturing effect of unconventional reservoirs
China has abundant unconventional oil and gas resources, and large-scale fracturing has become a key means of exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources. In order to further improve the efficiency of large-scale fracturing construction in Qinghai Oilfield and enhance the fracturing effect of unconventional reservoirs,it is urgent to strengthen the research on fracturing management system. The article uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyze the weight of key processes affecting large-scale fracturing construction through the disassembly and evaluation of large-scale fracturing processes and constructs a high-quality fracturing management system for unconventional oil and gas resources. The system was applied to the Yingxiongling shale oil in the Qaidam Basin of Qinghai Province, reducing the complexity of fracturing by 9 percentage points and increasing fracturing efficiency by 2.6 times. The system established in the article effectively overcomes the construction problems of complex fracturing construction and low efficiency caused by multiple collaborative units, long operation cycles, multiple operation processes, multiple chemical materials, and complex equipment processes, and effectively promotes the breakthrough of sweet spots in the Yingxiongling shale oil in Qinghai Oilfield. The sentence is,Provide research ideas for efficient fracturing of other unconventional oil and gas fields in China.
