Innovation Practice and Prospect of Oil Production Technologies in Offshore Oilfields

摘要
海上油田主要采用大位移井和水平井开发,具有"少井高产、高采油速度"的特点,已建立了高效的采油技术体系.综述了海上油田采油技术的发展历程,系统介绍了包括大液量油井电动潜油泵举升技术、低液量油井举升技术、高含气油井举升技术、特殊工况举升技术体系和同井注采技术在内的多项关键技术.同时,指出海上油田采油技术面临技术难度不断增大、智能化水平有待提升和继续提质降本等挑战.为应对这些挑战,提出了"一体化、差异化、智能化、低碳化、科学化"5个发展方向,旨在为海上油田采油技术的扩大应用及技术创新提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Offshore oilfields are mainly developed with extended-reach wells and horizontal wells,which have the characteristics of"high productivity and production rate with fewer wells",and an efficient oil production technology system has been established.This paper reviewed the development history of oil production technologies in offshore oilfields and systematically introduced several key technologies including the high fluid rate electric submersible pump(ESP)lifting,low fluid rate lifting,high gas content well lifting,lifting systems under special working conditions,and simultaneous injection & production in the same well.In addition,It is pointed out that oil production technologies in offshore oilfields are facing challenges such as increasing technical difficulties,insufficient level of intelligence,and requirements of continuous cost reduction and qiality improvement.In order to cope with these challenges,the five development directions of"integration,differentiation,intelligence,low carbonization,and scientificity"were proposed,so as to provide a reference for the expanded application and technological innovation in offshore oilfields.
