Value Connotation,Real Challenges,and Practical Paths of Academic Value-Added Evaluation for Higher Vocational Students
The value-added assessment of vocational college students represents a novel approach to educational evaluation,charac-terized by the involvement of multiple stakeholders,complementary dimensions,methodological integration,and shared platforms.This article explores the intrinsic characteristics of value-added assessment for vocational college students:comprehensive structural considerations,which encompass the entire spectrum of student development;diverse evaluation methodologies,encompassing assess-ment subjects,content,and methods;coordinated developmental strategies,balancing foresight and hindsight;and adaptable appli-cation frameworks,emphasizing the judicious selection of model analysis tools.Drawing on an analysis of current challenges in the value-added evaluation of vocational college students,this paper proposes pragmatic pathways:prioritizing guidance in evaluation practices to foster student development;emphasizing the standardization of evaluation processes to facilitate collaborative construction among evaluation stakeholders;and attending to the selection of evaluation and analysis models to optimize the processing and dissem-ination of student data.
