数字化赋能民族地区高职院校课程建设的机理、困境及策略

摘要
数字化时代,民族地区高职教育的课程转型问题成为改革的热点.数字化转型对于高职院校课程建设而言存在两个机理,一是数字化赋能课程革新,二是数字化赋能课程转型.但是,当前民族地区高职院校在课程建设中仍存在教育技术的滞后性、授课观念的传统性、课程内容的混乱性与校企合作的浅显性等困难.基于此,提出数字化赋能民族地区高职院校课程建设的策略,一是加快技术引进,促进课程升级;二是驱动观念转变,促进课程更新;三是重构知识内容,优化课程结构;四是深化校企合作,促进课程衔接.
Abstract
In the digital age,the issue of curriculum transformation in vocational education in ethnic regions has become a hot topic for reform.There are two mechanisms of digital transformation for curriculum development in vocational colleges:one is digitally em-powering curriculum innovation,and the other is digitally empowering curriculum transformation.However,currently,vocational col-leges in ethnic regions still face difficulties in curriculum development,including technological lag,traditional concepts,content con-fusion,and shallow collaboration between schools and enterprises.Based on this,optimization strategies for digitally empowering cur-riculum development in vocational colleges in ethnic regions are proposed.First,strengthening technology introduction to promote curriculum upgrading;second,driving conceptual change to promote curriculum renewal;third,reconstructing knowledge content to promote curriculum structuring;fourth,deepening school-enterprise cooperation to promote curriculum alignment.
