摘要
数字化时代职业教育"三教"改革面临教师数字化思维不足、数字教材建设落后于职业教育高质量发展的需求、"满堂灌"教学方法不利于学生个性化学习、思维和创新能力培养等挑战.数字化时代"三教"改革有助于重构职业教育生态、优化课堂教学结构、提升人才培养的契合度、深化产教融合.通过提高教师数字化思维和能力、开发数字教材、构建科学合理的教学方法可以赋能职业教育可持续高质量发展.
Abstract
In the digital era,the"Three Education Reform"of vocational education faces challenges such as insufficient digital thinking among teachers,the construction of digital textbooks lagging behind the demand for high-quality development of vocational education,and the"cramming"teaching method not conducive to students'personalized learning,thinking,and innovative ability cultivation.The"Three Education Reform"in the digital era helps to reconstruct the vocational education ecology,optimize the class-room teaching structure,enhance the compatibility of talent cultivation,and deepen the integration of industry and education.By im-proving teachers'digital thinking and abilities,developing digital textbooks,and constructing scientific and reasonable teaching methods,vocational education can be empowered with sustainable and high-quality development.
