城乡职业教育一体化发展助推乡村产业振兴路径研究——以十堰地区为例

摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的实施,城乡职业教育一体化发展为推动乡村产业升级提供了新动能.结合十堰地区乡村产业发展现状,针对当前城乡职业教育一体化服务十堰乡村产业发展中出现的专业关联度弱、人才支撑不足、培训对接不紧密等问题,提出优化发展路径与措施,共同助推乡村产业振兴.
Abstract
with the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the integrated development of urban and rural vocational ed-ucation has provided new momentum for promoting the upgrading of rural industry.Combined with the current situation of rural indus-try development in Shiyan area,aiming at the problems of weak professional relevance,insufficient talent support,and weak training docking in the current integrated service of urban and rural vocational education for the development of rural industry in Shiyan,this paper puts forward the optimization development path and measures to jointly promote the revitalization of rural industry.
