摘要
西部地区高职院校作为服务乡村振兴的重要力量,通过采取健全组织领导机构、提供人力资源支持、开展乡村技能培训、加强专业技术指导、加大乡村技术技能人才培养、开展农副产品消费帮扶、进行物资捐赠和结对帮扶等措施,持续加大资源和人力投入,有力推动乡村振兴事业发展,但在服务过程中面临缺少多元社会力量参与、融合共生性不够、培养培训力度不强、制度文化建设跟进不足等问题.这就需要引导社会多元力量参与,建立共生融合发展治理机制,激发乡村振兴内生动力,增强乡村振兴发展软实力.
Abstract
As an important force in serving rural revitalization,vocational colleges in the western region have continuously increased their investment in resources and manpower,effectively promoting the development of rural revitalization by adopting measures such as improving organizational leadership,providing human resource support,conducting rural skill training,strengthening professional technical guidance,increasing the cultivation of rural technical and skilled talents,providing agricultural and sideline product con-sumption assistance,material donations,and paired assistance,However,in the service process,there are problems such as a lack of participation from diverse social forces,insufficient integration and symbiosis,weak training efforts,and insufficient follow up of institutional and cultural construction.This requires guiding the participation of diverse social forces,establishing a governance mech-anism for symbiotic and integrated development,stimulating the endogenous driving force of rural revitalization,and enhancing the soft power of rural revitalization and development.
