高职院校教师论文发表的困境及破解对策

摘要
从高职院校教师论文刊载的期刊类别特征管窥论文发表的困境,高职院校教师存有在高水平期刊上发文较难、论文发表需求得不到满足、承担高额的论文发表费等论文发表困境.高职院校教师论文发表的困境有多方面原因,文章探究其直接原因和深层原因,提出相应破解对策,以期推动高职院校科研活动有序开展,提升高职院校教师的科研积极性.
Abstract
This paper explores the dilemma faced by higher vocational college teachers in publishing research papers based on the characteristics of journal categories where their papers are published.The difficulties include the difficulty of publishing papers in high-level journals,the unmet demand for publication,and the high cost of publication.There are various reasons for the dilemma faced by higher vocational college teachers in publishing research papers.This paper investigates both direct and underlying causes and pro-poses corresponding solutions to promote the orderly development of scientific research activities in higher vocational colleges and en-hance the enthusiasm of teachers for scientific research.
