Strategies for Enhancing teachers'Competence based on the Demand of New Quality Productive Forces
The rapid development of science and technology has made new quality productive forces a key driving force for promoting social progress and industrial upgrading.As the cradle of cultivating technical and skilled talents,the ability level of the teaching staff in vocational colleges is directly related to the effectiveness of cultivating new quality labor force.The article deeply analyzes the di-versified demands of new quality productivity on the abilities of vocational college teachers,reveals the shortcomings of current teach-ers in technology updates,interdisciplinary integration,innovative practices,and market adaptability,and explores effective strate-gies to enhance the abilities of vocational college teachers.It aims to provide useful reference and guidance for improving the overall quality of the teaching staff and promoting the development of new quality productivity.
