Study on Countermeasures of Cultivating Digital Literacy of Higher Vocational Teachers under the Integration of Industry and Education
Driven by the wave of digitalization,higher vocational education is experiencing profound changes.Taking the integration of industry and education as the entry point,comparing the similarities and differences in the digital literacy frameworks for teachers between China and EU countries,This paper takes into account the current situation of digital literacy development for higher voca-tional teachers and puts forward countermeasures such as enhancing intrinsic motivation,establishing a digital literacy sharing plat-form,carrying out digital skills certification,and formulating a differentiated incentive policy.These strategies aim to enhance teach-ers'digital skills,and inject new momentum into the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
