Research on the Training Strategy of Innovative Top-notch Technical Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education
It is an important part of national education strategy to cultivate top-notch innovative talents,which not only conforms to the law of the development of innovative talents,but also is a new direction for the development of vocational education.Innovative Top-notch technical personnel have the characteristics of"Graft"of cutting-edge technology,"Explorer"of technical solutions and"Operator"of new technology re-innovation.Based on the view of integration of industry and education,this paper analyzes the value implication of cultivating innovative and top-notch technical talents,puts forward some strategies as the following:deepening the mechanism of the integration of industry and education to create an innovative combination of industry and education in schools and enterprises,smoothing the integration channel of industry and education to reshape the mode of personnel training,strengthening the investment of resources to improve the training system of cooperative education,paying attention to the guidance of ideology to carry out the training strategy of practical talents such as"Enhancing skills and increasing abilities"in the whole cycle,in order to ensure that the work of training innovative top-notch technical personnel has achieved practical results through joint efforts of schools and en-terprises.
