Exploration on Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students'Professional Core Quality under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education in the New Era
This paper discusses the importance and challenges of cultivating higher vocational students'core professional qualities in the context of the integration of industry and education.It highlights issues such as the inadequacy of the professional quality educa-tion system and the weaknesses in practical teaching.Several strategies are proposed,including the creation of a customized curricu-lum system,the establishment of a school-enterprise cooperation community that integrates industry and education,and the develop-ment of an enterprise mentoring system.Through the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,schools,and all sectors of society,we can enhance the core professional qualities and competitiveness of higher vocational students,thereby contributing to the long-term development of the country.
