Research on the Collaborative Education Path of"Industry-Academia-Research-Innovation"in Vocational Colleges Based on the Industry College Platform:A Perspective from Educational Practice in Shiyan Universities
Modern industry colleges serve as effective carriers and platforms for enhancing the integration of industry and education.However,in educational practice,several issues have been identified within industry colleges,including misalignment in talent culti-vation,insufficient teaching abilities of industry teachers,and unsatisfactory practical outcomes for students.Based on the regional industrial development needs of Shiyan,this paper proposes measures to leverage the advantages of regional industrial clusters,imple-ment personalized talent cultivation,strengthen the construction of a dual-qualified teacher team,and comprehensively enhance students'practical skills,with the aim of achieving collaborative education through the"Industry-Academia-Research-Innovation"synergy relying on the platform of industry colleges.
