现代产业学院是强化产教融合的有效载体和平台.然而在教育实践中发现产业学院存在人才培养定位偏差、企业教师教学能力欠缺、学生实践收获不尽如人意等问题.立足十堰区域产业发展需求,提出发挥区域产业集群优势,开展个性化人才培养,强化"双师型"教师团队建设,全面提升学生实践技能等措施,以期依托产业学院平台"产学研创"协同育人.
Modern industry colleges serve as effective carriers and platforms for enhancing the integration of industry and education.However,in educational practice,several issues have been identified within industry colleges,including misalignment in talent culti-vation,insufficient teaching abilities of industry teachers,and unsatisfactory practical outcomes for students.Based on the regional industrial development needs of Shiyan,this paper proposes measures to leverage the advantages of regional industrial clusters,imple-ment personalized talent cultivation,strengthen the construction of a dual-qualified teacher team,and comprehensively enhance students'practical skills,with the aim of achieving collaborative education through the"Industry-Academia-Research-Innovation"synergy relying on the platform of industry colleges.
