Research and Practice on the Construction of a Responsibility System for Psychological Education in Higher Education Institutions Across All Educational Stages and Chains
In recent years, the proportion of children and adolescents with psychological issues and mental illnesses has been steadi-ly increasing, with a trend toward younger ages. Many of these individuals enter higher education institutions or society while still"carrying"their issues, becoming a high-risk group for colleges and grassroots organizations. To foster a positive social atmosphere that encourages self-help and prevention, higher education institutions should fully leverage their professional,conditional,experien-tial,and research advantages. This includes continuously promoting vertical connections in psychological education across all educa-tional stages from primary to higher education and strongly facilitating horizontal integration among families, society, healthcare, and schools. The goal is to create a comprehensive and interconnected framework for psychological education that encompasses all mem-bers,all aspects, all processes, and all coverage
