高校推进全学段全链条心理育人责任体系建设的研究与实践

近年来,儿童青少年有心理问题、患精神疾病的占比不断攀升,越来越呈低龄化趋势,他们大多带"病"进入高校或步入社会,成为高校或基层单位"输入型"的高风险群体.为形成助人自助、"治未病"的良好社会风气,高校应充分发挥专业优势、条件优势、经验优势和教科研成果转化优势,不断推动大中小学"全学段"心理育人工作的纵向衔接,大力助推家庭、社会、医疗与学校的横向贯穿,以打通学校教育发展全脉络,构建纵横交错的全员、全方位、全过程、全覆盖的"全链条"心理育人工作大格局.
Research and Practice on the Construction of a Responsibility System for Psychological Education in Higher Education Institutions Across All Educational Stages and Chains
In recent years,the proportion of children and adolescents with psychological issues and mental illnesses has been steadi-ly increasing,with a trend toward younger ages.Many of these individuals enter higher education institutions or society while still"carrying"their issues,becoming a high-risk group for colleges and grassroots organizations.To foster a positive social atmosphere that encourages self-help and prevention,higher education institutions should fully leverage their professional,conditional,experien-tial,and research advantages.This includes continuously promoting vertical connections in psychological education across all educa-tional stages from primary to higher education and strongly facilitating horizontal integration among families,society,healthcare,and schools.The goal is to create a comprehensive and interconnected framework for psychological education that encompasses all mem-bers,all aspects,all processes,and all coverage
