Protection and Utilization of the Cultural Heritage in Third-line Construction-Taking the Second Automobile Works in Shiyan as an Example
As an important project of the Third-line construction and one of the backbone enterprises of China's automobile,the Second Automobile Works carries a rich cultural heritage.However,with the changes of the times and the needs of industrial devel-opment,a large number of factories have been relocated to new industrial areas,with the old ones abandoned.Although Shiyan Mu-nicipal government has introduced a series of measures to general survey and protection of the industrial heritage,there have been still various problems,such as unclear ownership of property rights,difficulties in transformation funds,single utilization results and low social participation.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the system guidance and improve the implementation rules for pro-tection and utilization,and in the meanwhile,to diversify the transformation of tangible cultural heritage to create characteristics,fully excavate the intangible cultural heritage,and enrich the spiritual and cultural connotation of the Second Automobile Works.
