产教融合型企业赋能高职人才培养的逻辑、困境与实践路径

产教融合型企业赋能高职人才培养是经济高速发展的必然要求、是产业转型升级的应然之义、也是培养高质量人才的内在要求.通过分析,发现当前产教融合型企业赋能高职人才培养还存在育人理念不合、利益诉求不同、供需结构不明等困境,因此,从产教融合型企业机制赋能、资本赋能、机制赋能三方面进行突破,共同探索高质量人才培养的有效路径.
The Logic,Dilemma and Practical Path of Cultivation of Higher Vocational Talents Empowered by Industry-Education Integration Enterprises
The integration of enterprises into vocational education to empower the cultivation of talent is an inevitable requirement for rapid economic development,an imperative for the transformation and upgrading of industries,and an intrinsic demand for the culti-vation of high-quality talent.Through analysis,it has been found that there are still dilemmas in the empowerment of vocational talent cultivation by industry-education integrated enterprises,such as the incongruence of educational philosophies,differing interests,and unclear supply and demand structures.Therefore,breakthroughs need to be made in three aspects:mechanism empowerment,capital empowerment,and cultural empowerment of industry-education integrated enterprises,to jointly explore effective pathways for the cultivation of high-quality talent.
