摘要
高职院校"双师型"教师培训是一项系统工程,旨在提升教师的理论与实践能力.然而,在实践中,高职院校"双师型"教师培训存在目标定位模糊、内容设计不合理、方式单一僵化、效果评价体系不完善等问题,制约了教师的专业发展.因此,强调以实践为导向的培训目标、精准定位培训内容并促进专业融合,创新多样化培训方式并强化实践操作,同时建立多元化评价体系,推动高职院校"双师型"教师的专业发展,为职业教育的高质量发展提供有力的人才保障.
Abstract
The training of"Dual-teacher"teachers in vocational colleges is a systematic project aimed at enhancing the theoretical and practical capabilities of teachers.However,in practice,the training for"Dual-teacher"teachers in vocational colleges faces is-sues such as unclear target positioning,unreasonable content design,rigid and singular training methods,and an imperfect evaluation system,which restricts the professional development of teachers.Therefore,it is emphasized to focus on practice-oriented training ob-jectives,accurately position the training content to promote professional integration,innovate diverse training methods to strengthen practical operations,and establish a diversified evaluation system to promote the professional development of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges,providing strong talent support for the high-quality development of vocational education.
