面向新质生产力的高职院校创新型高技能人才培养路径研究与实践

本文从人才培养目标、师资队伍、课程体系、教育教学方式、教学评价体系等方面分析了新形势下发展新质生产力对职业教育提出的新要求.长春职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业群面向新质生产力对高职院校创新型高技能人才的培养要求,探索出了一条以思政教育为引领,创新型高技能人才培养为主体,产教融合与科教融汇双引擎,教师队伍、课程体系、教学策略、评价体系四轮驱动的创新型高技能人才培养路径并进行了教学实践,取得了良好的人才培养效果.
Research and Practice on the Cultivation Path of Innovative Highly-Skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in Response to New Quality Productive Forces
This paper analyzes the new requirements for vocational education arising from the development of new quality productive forces,examining various aspects such as talent training objectives,faculty,curriculum systems,educational methods,and teaching evaluation systems.The Mechatronics Technology program at Changchun Vocational Technical College addresses the need to cultivate innovative and highly skilled talents in higher vocational colleges that align with these new productivity demands.It has developed an innovative cultivation path guided by ideological and political education,focusing on nurturing innovative and highly skilled talents.This path is driven by the dual engines of industry-education integration and the synergy between science and education,supported by the four key components of faculty,curriculum systems,teaching strategies,and evaluation systems.This approach has been success-fully implemented in teaching practice,yielding positive outcomes in talent cultivation.
