The Value Implications,Realistic Problems, and Solutions of Teacher Enterprise Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges
Teacher enterprise practice is the optimal approach for vocational colleges to develop a high-quality teaching team and to promote the integration of teachers'theoretical knowledge with practical experience. In the new era,the implementation of teacher en-terprise practice in vocational colleges demonstrates multiple values, including effectively executing national policy arrangements, deepening the integration of industry and education, and enhancing the high-quality development of teachers'professional abilities. However, the current participation of vocational college teachers in enterprise practice faces challenges such as weak internal motiva-tion,a lack of sense of belonging, limited enterprise support,an inadequate guarantee system, and a singular approach to assessment and evaluation. To address these issues, the following specific measures and suggestions are proposed:clarify the value logic of teacher enterprise practice to enhance teachers'internal motivation;establish a benefit compensation mechanism to increase enterprise support;develop a practical ability system for teacher enterprises and improve the practical guarantee system;stabilize the school-en-terprise cooperation relationship to strengthen teachers'collective identity in enterprise practice;and create an indicator system for e-valuating the effectiveness of teacher enterprise practice based on Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation model.
