Study on the Path of Improving the Teaching Capacity of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Vocational Education Undergraduate Programs
Young teachers in current higher vocational colleges have deficiencies in aspects such as teaching cognition,organiza-tion,regulation and research capabilities.This paper proposes approaches such as strengthening self-development and enriching knowledge reserves;optimizing classroom teaching and efficiently managing classrooms;enhancing practical accumulation and promo-ting professional growth;and establishing teaching mechanisms and upgrading teaching skills to enhance the teaching capacity of young teachers.These measures are designed to align with the developmental demands for teachers in vocational undergraduate educa-tion.
