摘要
完善公共就业服务体系是实现就业优先战略的关键步骤,是稳定与扩大就业、推动实现充分就业高质量就业提供了保障.目前存在着经济运行压力、劳动力供给不对称,结构性矛盾突出、服务方式趋于传统,城乡发展不平衡等突出问题,应从构建长效机制、营造公平环境、加大资金投入、加强队伍建设、加强平台建设等方面着手,加快构建十堰公共就业服务体系.
Abstract
Improving the public employment service system is a crucial step in implementing the employment-first strategy.It pro-vides essential support for stabilizing and expanding employment and promotes the realization of both full employment and high-quali-ty employment.Currently,there are significant issues such as economic pressure,asymmetric labor supply,prominent structural con-tradictions,reliance on traditional service methods,and imbalanced urban-rural development.To address these challenges,we should focus on building a long-term mechanism,creating an equitable environment,increasing financial investment,strengthening workforce development,and enhancing platform construction.These efforts will accelerate the establishment of the public employment service system in Shiyan City.
