本文探讨了大数据时代背景下高职会计专业人才培养面临的挑战,并提出了相应的应对策略.分析了大数据技术对传统会计工作的深远影响,包括实时数据处理、智能化自动化、多元化数据等方面.讨论了高职会计教育在知识储备、课程设计、实践机会和市场需求等问题上的不足和挑战.提出了精准引入前沿技术、深化应用场景教学、强化财务BP 思维、提升数据可视化能力以及加强师资跨学科发展的优化建议.
Abstract
This paper discusses the challenges faced by the talent training of higher vocational accounting majors in the era of big data,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It analyzes the profound impact of big data technology on traditional account-ing work,including real time data processing,intelligent automation,diversified data sources,etc.It discusses the shortcomings and challenges of higher vocational accounting education in terms of knowledge reserves,course design,practical opportunities,and mar-ket demand.Finally,it proposes optimized suggestions such as precise introduction of cutting edge technologies,deepening of appli-cation scenario teaching,strengthening of financial BP thinking,enhancement of data visualization ability,and promotion of cross disciplinary development of teachers.
