The Role of Cytokines and Related Signaling Pathways in the Pathological Process of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),as a precancerous disease of gastric cancer, has been a research hotspot of di-gestive tract diseases due to its slow onset, long course of disease, high incidence and no radical cure.Studies have shown that a variety of signaling pathways are related to the pathological process of chronic atrophic gastritis, and effective intervention of these signaling pathways can slow down the occurrence and development of chronic atrophic gastritis. This article reviews the inflamma-tory factors and related signaling pathways closely related to the occurrence and development of CAG in recent years, hoping to provide a certain reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
