细胞因子及其相关信号通路在慢性萎缩性胃炎病理过程中的作用
The Role of Cytokines and Related Signaling Pathways in the Pathological Process of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)作为胃癌的癌前疾病,因其起病慢,病程长,发病率较高且目前尚无根治办法,一直是消化道疾病研究的热点.研究表明多种信号通路与慢性萎缩性胃炎的病变过程相关,对这些信号通路进行有效干预可以减缓慢性萎缩性胃炎的发生发展.文章就近年来研究发现的与CAG发生发展关系密切的炎症因子及相关信号通路进行综述,希望为慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床诊治提供一定的参考.
Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),as a precancerous disease of gastric cancer,has been a research hotspot of di-gestive tract diseases due to its slow onset,long course of disease,high incidence and no radical cure.Studies have shown that a variety of signaling pathways are related to the pathological process of chronic atrophic gastritis,and effective intervention of these signaling pathways can slow down the occurrence and development of chronic atrophic gastritis.This article reviews the inflamma-tory factors and related signaling pathways closely related to the occurrence and development of CAG in recent years,hoping to provide a certain reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
