Based on the Theory of"Stasis"of Yin Deficiency,the Pathogenesis and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Qi and Yin Deficiency were Discussed
Type 2 diabetes mellitus can be classified as the category of"Xiaoke disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,and its basic pathogenesis is"yin deficiency and internal heat".Among them,"yin deficiency"is the basis,and the disease is located in the five zang-organs and six fu-organs.The zang-organs are internally heated due to"deficiency",and"strong fire eats qi".The heat qi consumes the body fluid in the body,and the yin deficiency is less,and the qi and blood are unfavor-able and astringent.It is easy to cause blood stasis to form a series of clinical manifestations,such as dry mouth,bitter mouth,polydipsia,overeating,emaciation,pink or dark red tongue,less moss,heavy or fine or fine pulse,etc.,which is called"Xi-aoke disease".The so-called"method is established according to the syndrome",when nourishing yin to clear internal heat,replenishing qi to tonify the deficiency of zang-fu organs,qi can produce fluid and dissolve fluid,which has nourished the con-sumption of fluid,and promoting blood circulation to"remove the stale and stale".When the stale and stale are removed,the new blood will be born,so that the road will be scattered without knot,and the qi and blood will be beneficial without astringen-cy.Therefore,with the treatment of tonifying qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the dialectical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis syndrome is also born accord-ingly.In recent years,some studies have clearly put forward the theory of"blood stasis"caused by yin deficiency.Yin deficiency and fire heat are related to each other.Yin deficiency causes internal heat,heat injures qi and yin.The pathogenesis change of yin deficiency and blood stasis is a factor that cannot be ignored in the formation of"Xiaoke disease".This paper mainly discus-ses the pathogenesis change of"fire heat injures yin"→"blood stasis"caused by yin deficiency in type 2 diabetes mellitus with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,so as to provide theoretical basis and expand new thinking for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method.
