电针围刺联合中药熏蒸治疗中风后肩手综合征的效果观察

摘要
目的 观察电针围刺联合中药熏蒸治疗中风后肩手综合征的效果.方法 将珠海市人民医院2021年5月—2022年8月收治的62例中风后肩手综合征患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组31例予以电针围刺治疗,观察组31例在对照组基础上予以中药熏蒸治疗,观察两组临床疗效、疼痛改善、肿胀程度、上肢功能恢复以及日常生活能力.结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组肿胀程度轻于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组FMA各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组BI评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 电针围刺联合中药熏蒸治疗中风后肩手综合征有助于减轻疼痛,消除患肢水肿,提高上肢运功功能,提高临床疗效,加强日常生活能力.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods 62 patients with post stroke shoulder hand syndrome admitted in Zhuhai People's Hospital from May 2021 to August 2022 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.31 patients in the control group were treated with electric acupuncture and peripheral needling.31 patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effica-cy,pain improvement,swelling degree,upper limb function recovery and daily living ability of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the degree of pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the de-gree of swelling in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the FMA scores of all dimensions and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),the BI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke with electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is helpful to reduce pain,eliminate edema of affected limbs,improve the function of upper limb movement,improve clinical efficacy,and strengthen the ability of daily life.
