Application of Emotional Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis With Fepristone
Objective To observe the effect of emotional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on gouty arthritis patients during the treatment with fepristone.Methods 60 patients were enrolled from July 2021 to December 2022.Thirty of them were randomly divided into groups according to the digital table.Routine nursing was carried out during the treatment as the control group,and the remaining 30 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing as the observation group.Evaluate the psychological status and quality of life of patients during recovery,analyze the improvement of pain symptoms during recovery,and compare the compliance of the two groups during treatment.Results The psychological state of the observa-tion group was lower(P＜0.05).The quality of life and the score of of the observation group was lower(P＜0.05).The im-provement of pain symptoms during treatment of the observation group was lower(P＜0.05).The compliance of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention on the level of routine nursing support can improve the patients'psychological state during treatment,improve their quality of life during recovery,relieve their pain symptoms,increase their compliance during treatment,and help them re-cover.
