Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Percutaneous Acupoint Electrical Stimulation Combined with Etopride Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia
Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with itopride hydro-chloride tablets on Electrogastrogram and heart rate variability in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 72 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in Suqian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases). The control group was treated with itopride hydrochloride tab-lets.The study group was treated with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with itopride hydrochloride tablets.Changes in electrogastrography,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and one month after medication. Results Before treatment, there was no significant differ-ence in the electric power of gastric body and antrum between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment, the electric power lev-els of gastric body and antrum in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment, the experimental groups TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with itopride hydrochloride tablets for treating patients with functional dyspepsia is beneficial in controlling and improving gastrointestinal function and reducing adverse reactions, making it worthy of clinical application.
