中医防治宫颈癌术后和(或)放疗后下肢淋巴水肿研究进展

摘要
宫颈癌是全球第四大最常被诊断的癌症,也是女性癌症死亡的第四大原因,下肢淋巴水肿是治疗宫颈癌过程中常见且棘手的一种并发症,由于其慢性和不可治愈的性质,下肢淋巴水肿以功能和美学缺陷以及心理后遗症的形式给妇科肿瘤幸存者带来问题,从而降低他们的生活质量,未来临床上应对此并发症予以重视,并可从中医方面对其进行防治,从而提高患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Cervical cancer is the fourth most commonly diagnosed cancer worldwide and the fourth leading cause of cancer death in women.Lower extremity lymphedema is a common and problematic complication in the treatment of cervical cancer.Due to its chronic and incurable nature,lymphedema poses problems for gynecologic oncology survivors in the form of functional and aesthetic deficits and psychological sequelae,thereby reducing their quality of life,and future clinical attention should be given to this complication and its prevention and treatment in Chinese medicine to improve the quality of life of patients.
