Research Progress on Regulation of Coagulation Function in Children with Purpura Nephritis by Chinese Medicine Combined with Tripterygium Glycosides
Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is a secondary secondary glomerular disease in children, which is often associated with poor prognosis due to its complexity, intractability and ease of recurrence.Previously, the etiology and patho-genesis of HSPN were still controversial, and it was believed that the disease was related to factors such as coagulation and fibrino-lytic mechanisms, most of the treatment used were drug combination therapy. This article reviewed the research related to the reg-ulation of coagulation function in children with HSPN by traditional Chinese medicine combined with tripterygium glycosides as well as the treatment progress in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, with a view to developing new ideas for prevention and diagnosis and treatment.
