摘要
《武威汉代医简》成书于《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》之年间,其学术价值宝贵,是研究我国古代医药学重要的参考文献,有13枚简牍论及痹证,至今仍对临床实践有着重要的指导价值.文章结合医案阐释《武威汉代医简》系列方剂辨证分期治疗类风湿关节炎.针对类风湿关节炎的主要发病原因:寒、热、湿、瘀、虚,临床诊治中将其分为三期:急性期、迁延期、恢复期;急性发病期从寒湿、湿热论治,寒湿阻络证应用伤寒逐风方,湿热阻络证选方治鲁氏青行解腹方;迁延期病邪以痰瘀为主,选"瘀方"治疗;恢复期肝肾亏虚,使用治东海白水侯所奏方.
Abstract
Wuwei Handai Yijian is a medical pamphlet in the early Eastern Han Dynasty,in which there are thirteen slips dealing with Bi syndrome,and the prescriptions used still have extraodinary reference value for modern clinical treatment.In com-bination with the case,this article illustrated the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis on the basis of syndrome differentiation using prescriptions from Wu Wei Han Dai Yi Jian-during the acute period,the treatment should be based on damp-cold and damp-heat;the therapy of damp-cold syndrome is Shanghem Zhufeng Prescription,and the therapy of damp-heat syndrome is Zhi-lushiqingxingjiefu Prescription.During the remission period,the treatment should be based on phlegm and blood stasis,and"sta-sis prescription"should be used.During the stable period,the treatment should be based on the liver and kidney,and Zhidong-haibaishuihousuozou Prescription should be used,which is worthy of clinical reference.
