摘要
类风湿关节炎(rhuematoid arthritis,RA)是一种临床多发的免疫性疾病,病情反复波动、迁延难愈是其主要特征.RA疾病活动度能反映出患者当前疾病状态、病情变化和对治疗措施的反应,因此,对疾病活动度的准确评定对于RA的诊疗是必不可少的.目前,国内外相关研究已介绍并应用众多RA活动度评定方法,但缺乏统一标准,且国内缺少对国外量表的验证.据此,研究从RA活动度相关评定方法的一般特征、信度、效度分析以及评定工具的选择等方面归纳、比较探析,拟为明确RA诊疗依据、规范研究方法提供参考.
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is one of the most common immune diseases.The main characteristics of RA are re-peated fluctuation and difficult to cure.The disease activity of RA can reflect the patient's current disease status,disease changes and response to treatment measures.Therefore,accurate assessment of disease activity is essential for the diagnosis and treatment of RA.At present,many RA activity assessment methods have been introduced and applied in relevant studies at home and a-broad,but there is a lack of unified standards and domestic verification of foreign scales.Thus,this study summarized and com-pared the general characteristics,reliability and validity analysis of RA activity related assessment methods and the selection of as-sessment tools,so as to provide reference for defining the diagnosis and treatment basis of RA and standardizing research meth-ods.
