摘要
泌尿系结石的发病率在我国逐年上升,研究显示泌尿系结石与2型糖尿病之间存在联系,2型糖尿病患者泌尿系结石发生有其特殊之处,胰岛素抵抗、炎性反应、氧化应激等是联系两大疾病的纽带,在这些机制作用下尿液成分逐步发生变化,增加了 2型糖尿病患者泌尿系结石的发生率,其所患结石类型以尿酸结石及草酸钙结石为主.2型糖尿病及泌尿系结石会共同作用于肾脏,使肾脏正常的内分泌功能和排泄代谢产物的作用受到影响a文章从2型糖尿病患者发生泌尿系结石的机制、对肾脏的损害及防治等方面进行阐述.
Abstract
the incidence rate of urinary calculi is increasing year by year in China.Research shows that there is a relationship between urinary calculi and type Ⅱ diabetes.The occurrence of urinary calculi in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes has its own charac-teristics.Insulin resistance,inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress are the links between the two diseases.Under the action of these mechanisms,the composition of urine gradually changes,increasing the incidence of urinary calculi in patients with type Ⅱdiabetes,The main type of stones are uric acid stones and calcium oxalate stones.Type Ⅱ diabetes and urinary calculi will act on the kidney together,affecting the normal endocrine function of the kidney and the excretion of metabolites.This article elaborates from the mechanism of urinary stones in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes and the damage and prevention of the kidneys.
