摘要
目的 了解国内针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中研究领域现状、热点及趋势.方法 通过CiteSpace软件对中国知网数据库CNKI中该领域相关文献进行可视化分析.内容包括发文数量、期刊、作者、机构、关键词、.结果 最终纳入1506篇文献,通过可视化分析发现国内针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中研究热度不断上升,发文量整体上逐年递增,2020年载文量为214篇,达到高峰.形成安徽中医药大学第二附属医院的韩为和李静、安徽省针灸医院的曹奕、辽宁中医药大学附属医院的周鸿飞、四川大学的李佩芳为代表的合作网络.高频关键词为缺血性脑卒中、针刺疗法、醒脑开窍针刺法、失语症、偏瘫等,提示研究热点.结论 该领域研究内容在临床治疗方法、中风后遗症及并发症、现代作用机制方面研究较多;其中,对认知功能、语言功能、肢体运动功能恢复的研究成为研究新热点趋势;建议学者深入对针灸治疗本病作用机制的研究,弥补研究不足.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation,hot spot and trend of acupuncture treatment for ischemic stroke in China.Methods CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze related literatures in CNKI database.The content includes the number of publications,journals,authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 1506 literatures were finally includ-ed.Visualization analysis showed that the research popularity of acupuncture treatment for ischemic stroke in China was on the rise,and the number of articles was increasing year by year,reaching a peak of 214 articles in 2020.It formed a cooperative net-work represented by Han Wei and Li Jing of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,Cao Yi of Anhui Acupuncture Hospital,Zhou Hongfei of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine,and Li Peifang of Sichuan University.The high-frequency key words were ischemic stroke,acupuncture therapy,awakening and opening the or-ifice acupuncture,aphasia,hemiplegia,etc.,which suggested the research hotspot.Conclusion There are many researches in clinical treatment,sequelae and complications of apoplexy,and modern mechanism of action in this field.Among them,the res-toration of cognitive function,language function and body motor function has become a new hot trend.It is suggested that scholars further study the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for this disease to make up for the lack of research.
