摘要
坐骨神经痛患者在长期放射性下肢疼痛的折磨下,功能活动障碍逐渐加深,严重影响其生活质量.近年来,通过针刺治疗坐骨神经痛疗法众多,包括普通针刺、电针、浅刺类针法、温热类针法、运动针法、针药结合等,具有操作简便、安全、不良反应少且能根据患者具体病情择优选取治疗方式等优势,疗效显著,值得临床推广.因此梳理总结近10年针刺治疗本病的临床应用研究,以期为临床治疗本病提供参考.
Abstract
Sciatica patients suffer from long-term radioactive lower limb pain,and their functional activity impairment grad-ually deepens,which seriously affects their quality of life.In recent years,there are many treatments for sciatica by acupunc-ture,including general acupuncture,electroacupuncture,superficial acupuncture,warm acupuncture,sports acupuncture,and combination of acupuncture and medicine,which have the advantages of easy operation,safety,less adverse reactions and can be selected according to the patient's specific condition,with significant efficacy and worthy of clinical promotion.Therefore,the au-thor sorted out and summarized the clinical application research of acupuncture for this disease in the past 10 years,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
