Analysis on Application of Mini-CEX in Clinical Teaching of Chinese Medicine Pediatrics
Objective To analyze the effect of mini clinical exercise evaluation(Mini-CEX)in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics.Methods Thirty cases of pediatric medical students in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were divided into study group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases).The control group used traditional methods,and the Mini-CEX teaching methods were used in the study group.The changes of clinical comprehensive ability of traditional Chinese medi-cine,clinical teaching recognition,stress index,workplace mindfulness score and career satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the clinical judgment and communication skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,there was no significant difference in self-learning ability,problem finding ability and problem solving ability of the study group(P>0.05).After the intervention,com-pared with those of the control group,the stress index in the study group was lower,and the workplace mindfulness score was high-er than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the career satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX teaching method can improve the clinical comprehensive ability of medical students to relieve the pressure of intern students on clinical work and improve their workplace mindfulness and career satisfaction.
