中医药治疗慢性咽炎的研究进展

摘要
慢性咽炎(Chronic Pharyngitis,CP)是耳鼻咽喉科常见病,其发病多与细菌、病毒感染、生活方式不良、气候环境变化等因素相关,从而引起咽黏膜下及淋巴组织病变.整理近年来国内外对CP的相关文献、实验及临床研究,概括其发病机制、用药特点以及现代中西医临床治疗方案,以期开拓临床治疗思路,为CP的治疗和研究提供参考.
Abstract
Chronic pharyngitis(CP)is a common disease in the department of otorhinolaryngology,which is mainly associated with bacterial and viral infections,poor lifestyle,climate and environmental changes and other factors,thus causing pharyngeal submucosa and lymphatic tissue lesions.In this paper,relevant literatures,experiments and clinical studies on CP at home and a-broad in recent years were sorted out to summarize its pathogenesis,medication characteristics and modern traditional Chinese and western clinical treatment schemes,with a view to exploring the clinical treatment ideas and providing references for the treatment and research of CP.
