Objective To study the application effect of Sihua management mode intervention combined with huaban Yishen Decoction(化斑益肾汤)in the treatment of henoch schonlein purpura and its effect on patients'symptom score and nursing satis-faction.Methods 116 patients with henoch schonlein purpura treated in our hospital from 2019.09-2021.09 were selected as nursing intervention objects,with 58 patients in each group.The control group was treated with huaban Yishen Decoction+rou-tine nursing intervention,and the observation group added the four modernizations management mode on the basis of the control group.The symptom score,platelet parameters,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results After treatment,the observation group symptom scores including fever,rash,abdominal pain and joint pain in the were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),platelet observation group parameters including PLT,MPV and platelet distribution width(PDW)were lower than control group(P＜0.05),The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion the application effect of Sihua management mode intervention combined with huaban Yishen De-coction in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura is good.It can improve patients'symptoms and platelet parameters,improve patients'treatment compliance and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
