Value of Bushen Fuzheng Decoction(扶正补肾汤)in Treatment of Infertility
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of Bushen Fuzheng Decoction(扶正补肾汤)in the treatment of infertility.Methods Eighty-two infertile patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by digital random selection method.The con-trol group was treated with conventional western medicine,including prednisone acetate tablets,vitamin C tablets,vitamin E tab-lets,etc.The experimental group was treated with Bushen Fuzheng Decoction,including Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Danggui(An-gelicae Sinensis Radix),Tusizi(Cuscutae Semen),etc.After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),endometrial thickness and follicle diameter of the two groups of female patients were com-pared.The sperm quantity and sperm activity rate of male patients in the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results ①The level of E2 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the lev-els of LH and FSH were lower than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness and follicle diameter were better than those in the control group.②The number of sperm in male patients in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,and the sperm activity rate was higher than that in the control group.③The incidence of adverse reactions in the experi-mental group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Bushen Decoction can regulate the hormone secretion level in women,significantly improve the uterine state and provide better basic conditions for pregnancy.It can also improve the sperm content and sperm activity rate in male semen,and increase the pregnancy success rate of women.Fuzheng Bushen Decoction is made up of natural medicinal materials.It rarely produces ad-verse reactions after taking it,and will not burden the metabolism of liver and kidney.It has high safety and is one of the first choice methods for treating infertility.
